Well, so much for having plans for my DA account. Just when you think things are fine, busy busy busy happens... oh well. Maybe I'll find time soon.

Ok....... how to put this.......

DAMN that was ****ing cool! The story was weak, but what do you expect from a RPG type of story condensed into a 100 minutes? But the action...... the action... MY GOD it was BREATHTAKING! The fights, the action, the little extras for the fans..... I...... just WOW!

If you have not seen this movie on account it is not out yet, find the download and DOWNLOAD IT, NOW you CANNOT miss this...... especially since it won't be released here until January.

Just.... danm. Now I go to watch it again.

Well, I figure what the heck? I might as well do SOMETHING with this space. So I shall rant. Today I shall rant about the danger of nostalgia.

I recently found a download of an old show called Captain N. the Game Master. For those who don't know it, (you lucky stiffs), it is about a young man named Kevin Keene was pulled into the video game world and had to save it with the help of some video game heroes and his dog.

I remember loving it, watching it avidly, even buying a comic of it. So when I found the download I just had to see it again, end result? The rose colored galsses of nostalgia were torn from my eyes and left me stricken and bleeding in horror. Upon gambling my health and looking again at the old comic I still had, I was terrified.

Did I REALLY watch this crap and love it? Was I unknowingly being slipped drugs or something? Was I really that stupid and had such poor taste as a kid? Memories came flooding back, and like a flood they damaged everything in their path.

Anyway........ the rant, first about how they treated the characters.

Mega Man is not a green midget! I haven't seen Mega Man looking that ugly since I had the unfortunate chance to review the case for Mega Man 1 on Nintendo.

His name is Pit! Kid Icarus is the name of his GAME! And where the **** did this saying "icus" after everyone's names and every third word come from?

SIMON BELMONT IS AN ASS KICKING VAMPIRE SLAYER, NOT A PRISSY, STUCK-UP, AND RUDE NARCISSIST!

Mother Brain without Samus...... heck, without Metroids even! Just WRONG PEOPLE!

King Hippo........... why the **** is that one hit wonder and his man boobs in this? And he was not ****ing blue! And yes he was fat in the game, but my word could they have exaggerated it any more?

I also (unfortunately) seem to remember Alucard as a punk... a mother ****ing PUNK! This is BEYOND WRONG!

I also remember..... ugh........ the abomination that was...... Game Boy........... *pukes*

And this show has more Dues Ex Machina bull than half the shows out there combined, and I've seen Yu-Gi-Oh (a.k.a dues ex machina incarnate).

Of course, considering her introduction in the comic, I am kind of happy the did not include Samus. Captain N. (stupid Mary Sue characters) had to save her ass. A group of random wandering enemies beat Samus easily...... THAT IS JUST ****ING WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU DO NOT KICK SAMUS'S ASS SO YOU HAVE AN EXCUSE TO LET KEVIN KRUD PLAY THE HERO. YOU DO NOT MAKE SAMUS A DAMSEL IN DISTRESS ANY MORE THAN SIMON A... A.... ARGH! YOU HEATHENS!!!!!

I better end this now before I go into the pointlessness of Link and the Dragon Lord......... Damn I pray that villain/hero match up is just my faulty memory.

Ok..... I got a bit more riled then I thought..... I will calm down, then go into the story progression later.... but that felt good to get off my chest, I think I will rant here more. Even if few people see it.

Hmmm.... a deviantArt strike....... well, since I am ususally to busy to do anything more then browse anyway, it will be easy for me... but I wonder if it will work.

Well, should be enlightening either way.

Of ourse DA is going to suffer for this either way..... here's hoping it won't be terminal.

Well, looks like I got my week long subscription, of course since I am to poor right now to get one anyway, so it doesn't really matter, a preview won't really help, not to mention I am too busy to do more then the occasional browse and comment anyways....... oh well, at least its free. Wonder if anyone will actually read this... well, whatever.
